hello doctor,
i have 3 month male baby ,he has diarrhoea for 1& half month,stool c/s & routine examination shows-ph-6, reducing substance-present,occult blood - mild present,wbc-2-3,pus cells -present,stool c/s shows e.coli.
what i hv to do,

your babay seems to suffer from chronic diarrhea.
I need to ask if he is in breast feeding or milk.
you should disscuss with pediatrician with regards to milk intolerane or alergy.
