Suggest Remedy For Fever In Infants
My1 yr old son is suffering from high fever. Also suddenly from yesterday lot of saliva is coming out from his mouth and has been suffering from motion problem from last 10 days, his stool is very dry and smelly and he starts crying whenever he is passing stool.

He has gastrointestinal infection since last few days which is causing change in stool.present fever and hypersalivation could be due to pharyngitis(throat infection ) and/or oral ulcer.Give him liquids and semisoft diet.
