Hi, may I answer your health queries right
61 yr post menopausal women - transvaginal ultra sound shows 6mm endometrium lining & 3 fibroids
Now am having endometrial biopsy - have had gastro intestinal issues including diaherra regularly
Pap test &viral test came back negative

At the age of 60s people more prone for:
1. Bacillary dysentery
2. Bile acid malabsorption Diarrhea
3. Diverticular disease
4. Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn’s disease
5. Microscopic colitis
6. Celiac disease
7. Disaccharide lysing enzyme deficiency
8. Lactose intolerance
9. Mesenteric ischemia et cetera

Until complete examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your treating doctor, he/she will advise scan abdomen and treat her accordingly.
