Suggest Remedy For Headaches,vomiting And Diarrhea

My son complained of headaches...took him to his doc about a week ago-says we'll give him a strong antibiotic for a sinus infection and some medicine for allergies, if it doesn't get better in a month he needs m.r.i. he vomitted once about 6 days ago we held back on the antibiotic had an ok appetite but not his normal self, tired and a little distracted. yesterday he starts having diarrhea, stomach pains, and the same complaints of a headache. Last night he vommited multiple times and diarrhea. managed to make it through the whole day without vommitting drank some and ate some soup. thought we were clear..he just vommitted again seems to vommit at night, he had a fever earlier and stomach pains, I have been feeding him ice chips to keep him somewhat hydrated planning to take him to doctor tomorrow any clue what's happening?

Sinus infection can be associated with headaches but they would normally be additional symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, post nasal drip, fever. Some of these are usually present.

Vomiting and diarrhea are commonly due to infection of the gastrointestinal tract. This can be viral or bacterial , headache can occur.
You should continue with the ice chips though using a fluid with electrolytes would be better to give him back both. eg pedialyte or another oral rehydration fluid, dilute sport drink

Only small amounts at a time (1 tsp to 1 tbs), if he uses a large amount, will likely vomit.

Probiotics may also help, can be used either on their own or in yogurts.

When there is a 4 hour window with no symptoms then he can start small amounts of dry food.
