Suggest Remedy For High Temperature On Head

my baby is 10months and resently startes stooling, having hot body especially in the head. he has had a complete dose of antimalarial including arthemeter injection, has been on metronidazole and augmentine suspension. he keeps having very hot head. what should i do?

If there is documented rise in body temperature above 99.9 F and there is respiratory infection , kindly consult Pediatrician for further investigation for cause of fever.
