Suggest Remedy For Loose Motion

I have 7.5 months old son. he is suffering from loose motion last 3 weeks (max. 6times / day). after 2 weeks found urinal infection also there (E.Coli). Taking medicine ofloxacin-M & Cesafe. after 3 days pus cell reduce 25-30 to 10-12 but still loose motion is same what to do?

* Consistency of stool remain soft to semi soft till total pathogens get
cleared from the bowel , so do not panic regarding that .
