Suggest Remedy For Neck & Arm Pain

I am 57 yrs old, 5'7" tall, 190 lbs, no medical problems untill now. I strained myself working on a machine that required applying a lot of pressure with my hands about three days ago, now I am enduring a lot of neck, back and right arm pain. The pain is severe I have to keep taking Panadol or any other pain pills.

Possibly some musculo-fascial straining has occurred due to undue pressure. Usual muscle relaxant cream application (relaxyl gel) ,fomentation with moist hot water towel, rest and some pain relievers should work for you in 3-4 days time
