Suggest Remedy For Numb Hands

I have been getting tingling / numbness in my right hand both upon waking and also when gripping items during the day. Today and yesterday I also had shooting pain along the lateral side of the arm between the elbow and shoulder. Please advise what can be done

Also, undergoing a physical therapy like ultrasound therapy and TENS therapy will help.

under going the static exercises for neck and upper limb will help reduce the pain.
