Suggest Remedy For Numbness,tingling And Cold In Toe,feet,hands And Finger

I am a 64 yr old male in good health. For the past year both of my toes and feet,(up to the calves) also both of my hands and fingers have been numb, tingling and, cold. A sensation of " ice on fire". Prolonged standing and/or walking cause my feet to hurt. I had lower back surgery for spondylitis of L4-5 ,with an unsuccessful fusion in 1992. I dread another surgery. Are there alternatives to this problem? Thank you
