Suggest Remedy For Pain Due To Bruised Knee After Injury

A few days ago I fell into something and hit my outer ankle on a steel plate right on the bone. There was a huge amount of pain and I couldn t put weight on that foot for a good 45 minutes then the pain subsided and I could tenderly walk on it. Not it is bruised and still pretty tender to walk on. When the bruised area is touched it the pain is unbelievable.
