Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Vagina During Intercourse

Hi, I recently have been having some pain while having intercourse. I noticed that the outside of my vagina opening is ripped. I thought I had a yeast infection a month ago because it itched and burned . But the pain went away. Then I had sex again and the pain came back. Sometimes during sex I will get a burning feeling on the outside and in the very opening of my vagina. I don t know what to do. I have stopped having sex so my vagina can heal. But it s taking so long. Is there anything I can do to speed up the heal time? Or anything that will help. Thanks
