I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Your symptoms seem to be related to cellulitis. Cellulitis is a common and sometimes painful bacterial skin infection. It may first appear as a red, swollen area that feels hot and tender to the touch. The redness and swelling can spread quickly. It most often affects the skin of the lower legs. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation. A cycle of antibiotics may be needed. Cold compresses can also be helpful.
Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
