Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* The pain while urinating indicate urinary infection through some sort of bacteria.
* Primary guidelines for better recovery

- Drink plenty of liquids.
- Consume cranberry sachet once daily in glass of drinking water.
- Keep the genitals clean with antiseptic liquid.
- Wear loose, clean, cotton inner wears.
- In our clinic, I recommend a second generation cephalosporin antibiotic which requires prescription of your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
