Suggest Remedy For Patches Of Itchy Rash

My 9 year old daughter started getting small patches of an itchy rash. Mostly on her neck or stomach. Just a small red patch. Not raised. I noticed a few raised white pimples on her buttocks a week ago. I didn't think too much of it. Now there are small white bumps, no redness, over her body. On her back, under arms, neck, and inner thighs. No complaints and it doesn't seem to itch. They look similar to white heads but a little clearer in color. Also, they are small and sporadic.
