Suggest Remedy For Redness And Mucus In Stool After Having Omnicef

my daughter had ear infection ,,i gave her omnicef at night i noticed a change in her stool color it become red and it is still like that even though she didnt take iron ,,she eats only novalac milk ,,,i didnt stopped the omnicef now it is the forth day and still theres is red in her stool and mucus a little,,,is it normal ?

Thanks for the query.
There is no point i giving cefixime(omnicef) in ear infetion.
Give her some probiotics for stool problem and also fet her stool test done.
For ear infection i would give cefpodoxime.
