Suggest Remedy For Severe Back Pain After Injury
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hello. Exactly one week ago today, I slipped on a Rubber mat and went down flat on my back! Since then my back has been extremely painful. I have been taking painkillers which don't seem to touch the pain unless I take double the dose! apart from that I have been rubbing in Ibuleve, arnica, and using a cold spray. Could I have done a serious injury, or is this just bruising (I can see a large bruise!) and what can I do to ileviate the pain?!!

Looking to the history after one week still severe pain is there with large bruise indicates there is likely of having some injury on spines or muscles.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
X-ray or CT scan will be helpful to find out any major problem.
