Suggest Remedy For Soreness In Stomach

Recently for the past three days I have been getting this weird feeling in my stomach it feels like when you get a muscle spasm or when you hear a heart beat go really fast except its on the right side of my tummy, I have PCOS but lately the past couple months i've been getting my period but this month i didn't i wasn't sure if it was because of my PCOS or if i was pregnant so i recently took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. Since It came out negative I am thinking it might be some sort of stomach problem, i don't know if i should be worried and go see a doctor because that has never happened to me before.

Hello,

Weird feeling in the stomach like muscle spasm on right side or like hearing a heartbeat in the lower stomach with a history of PCOS and so on indicate the need to have a clinical evaluation, an actual examination of the abdomen and per-vaginal examination by a gynecologist.
If muscle spasm is suspected then it may be, in fact, be due to muscle pull on the right side of the abdomen due to some work that stretched the muscle. It is necessary to confirm and rule out any internal problem too.
You may also need an ultrasonography with color Doppler examination of the abdominal wall and internal too for ascertaining the cause and thus get a plan of management.

Your gynecologist will take care of the PCOS and related problems.
