Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Stomach and
chest pain for the last 5-6 weeks and not relieved by acid reducer indicates that there may be another reason.
And this may not be related to the blood in semen at all or only if was associated with other symptoms of UTI -
urinary tract infection.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Get an X-ray and
ultrasound of the whole abdomen, particularly of the genitourinary system.
Tests of stool and blood.
Urine for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Per-rectal digital examination for prostate, clinical evaluation and overall examination by a
General surgeon may help you for the proper diagnosis and management.
You may need a good long course of an antibiotic, probiotics, symptomatic and supportive treatment.
Take plenty of oral fluids.
This will also help to get the cause of pain in abdomen and thus allowing addition of any other medications as required or surgery if indicated.
The cause of blood semen will be found on clinical evaluation,
ultrasonography of genitourinary system and of the scrotum.
