After a week, I am back to feeling similar. My head hurst, feel queezy in stomach, no diharria, feeling weak and a bit cold and wanna keep resting and do nothing. Please help
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. Terrible runs, weakness, feverish, loss of appetite and temporary relief with Zenflox and paracetamol with recurrence of symptoms indicate the following: Consult your Doctor again for clinical evaluation and examination. Insist for investigations of stool, blood and urine. This will give proper diagnosis and continue the same course of antibiotic or as advised by your Doctor to get a permanent relief. If it possible possible that the water or food source is not right hence go for treated or boiled and cooled water and homemade fresh food only. Maintain hydration wel and electrolyte balance by taking adequate water and electrolyte solution.
