Suggest Tests To Confirm HIV Infection

Hello sir,
I had oral sex(i put my tongue on her vagina for 30 sec when there is no vaginal fluids,it was try) with sex worker on march 10 2011.As of now i have not found any symptoms.Is there possibility for HIV transmission if she has HIV positive?Please please reply as soon as possible.

Very few but definite chance of hiv. You should go for confirmatory hiv testing once. you can go with p24 antigen or pcr.
