Hi! 1)Increase your portion size of whatever you are taking e.g. if you are taking 1/2 roti/naan increase to 1 nan/roti 2) take 2 glasses of milk every day 3) take 2 bananas every day soak 12 almonds + 12 raisins in water for the whole night take these two with milk early in morning then do breakfast after 15 minutes.
