Suggest Treatment Foe Anal Bleed

hello im a 31 yr. old female. I have been in and out of hospitals for a variety of things. tonight I have had bright red blood coming out of my annus. ive had a colonoscopy this year and was told it was ok other then a lot of inflammation due to when I had C-Diff, Colitis, and possibly Chrones. my colonoscopy two years for showed 18 palaps. is this something that I need to go to the ER for right away? nichole

There is no need to go to ER if there is just bleeding but if there is pain, fever or dizziness then you should see doctor and do tests. It may be exarcebation of Crohns disease so colonoscopy should be repeated sooner or later. Instead of this, you can do barium swallow test. In your age some more serious diagnoses are rare but if you had 18 polyps then tumor should be ruled out definitely.
