Suggest Treatment For PCOS & Hepatomegaly

hello doctor,i m 20 yrs, old my hieghtis 5.3" and i weigh 95 kg.yesterday i went through sonography scanning and i recieved the report saying evidence of bilateral poly-cystic ovaries+mild hepatomegaly with uniform fatty infiltration....what treatment should i go through

Hello. Weight reduction and medications if necessary are the treatment options for PCOD. If you have no problems in your menstruation, weight reduction should work wonders for PCOD. You also need to keep checking your blood sugar levels periodically. Hormonal pills can be used for severe PCOD with infertility issues. Hope this helps.
