Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your symptoms seem to be related to hemorroids. Some advices that I can give to you are: -Add fiber to your diet slowly to avoid problems with gas. -Use topical treatments. Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone, or use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent. -Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. -for the abdominal pain take Buscopan.
Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other question I’ll be glad to help. Regards, Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi General & Family Physician
