Hello,

The possibility of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis infection or ATT drugs induced liver injury or malabsorption syndromes or age-related immunosuppression etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. So you have increased the protein content in the diet. Get examined for TB NAAT and MDR check.

Get it done liver function tests and ultrasound abdomen in frequent intervals. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
