Good morning
Sorry to hear about your illhealth
Acute pancreatitis is inflammation and swelling of your
pancreas (a digestive and
insulin producing organ which is located at the back of your abdomen close to the
vertebral spine). It is commonly seen secondary to alcohol and stones in the
gallbladder.
Because of this disease the inflamed pancreas releases toxins into the body and enzymes into your stomach causing these sort of symptoms which you are experiencing now.
I would immediately suggest you visit a doctor in the emergency room get admitted under the care of a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
If I was your treating doctor, I would start you on intravenous fluids, and medications to control your vomitings, pain, acidity. You may need to be put on a soft tube through your nose into stomach for aspiration of the internal contents and also for feeding purposes. You need periodic blood investigations including your calcium, glucose etc.
Hope I answered your question
Wish you a speedy recovery
