Suggest Treatment For Adenoids And Pain In Ear Of A 5 Year Old

my 5yrs 8 months old daughter has been diagonised with adenoids, she likes to take milk, curd youghurt cheese, but she is still 16kg she is always having a running nose and sometimes her ear is paining, will it effect her hearing, i am very much concerned about my only daughter s health. how can i make her healthy

ear pain is a sign of infection that might be viral or bacterial.. in case of bacterial infection she will need an antibiotic for 7 days, while viral infection is usually self limited .. the same applies for the adenoids
to relieve the pain you can use acetaminophen or paracetamol every 8 hours
as for her diet she needs in addition to diary products to take sufficient amounts of carbohydrates , proteins and vegetables
try to offer small meals every 3 hours to ensure adequate diet
