Suggest Treatment For Allergic Skin Rash On Face, back And Chest

Hello, my 10-month old baby has a rash on his face, back and chest. The doctor said it is an allergic reaction from food he ate and prescribed Fenistil, 10 drops, three times a day. I already gave him the third dose five hours ago but he seems to be very itchy now. Can I give him another ten drops?
