Hello,

Thank you for asking at HCM.

I went through your history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows:

1. I would suggest you to take simple anti-allergy tablets like Loratadine(lorfast), they usually do not cause any side effects other than sedation.

So usually it is safe to take such medicines for long time.

2. I usually do not prescribe any antibiotic for allergic reactions as allergic reactions are not due to infections. So there is no role of giving any antibiotic like Roxid or Aziwok.

However, as your doctor has prescribed you an antibiotic, I would suggest you to complete the course or to consult your doctor before making any change. Common side effects of Aziwok are stomach upset, pain in abdomen, gastritis, etc.

3. Anti-allergic medicines can only give symptoms relief, they usually do not remove the cause. So I would suggest you to identify the allergies. Common causes of allergies on face are cosmetics, for example. Avoidance is the best strategy to avoid allergic reactions.

4. I would also suggest you to take some multivitamin-multimineral supplements like vitamin A, E, D, zinc, selenium and essential fatty acids to improve your overall skin consistency.

Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.

Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.

Wish you the best of the health ahead.

Thank you & Regards.
