Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissure
Hi, I got fissure from the past 2 weeks. I had visited a doctor and he prescribed me an ointment with 0.2% of Nifedipine. I had applied it for 3 days and noticed that the fissure was healing. Then I had hard poo and farts which made the fissure worse than before. And now that I am applying the ointment from past 3 days it doesn t seem to be helping. Please suggest.

Your symptoms seem to be related to anal fissure. I would recommend avoiding constipation. I suggest to drink liquids and eat fibre-rich diet. Treatment consists of surgery so you should consult a surgeon.
