hi i have anal fissures and i have been ensuring a strict no non veg and spicy diet; still once a fortnight i have the issue of burning and pain. how can i get relief. I had been to the hospital and was informed not to go for a surgery as my situation was not really bad. but missing work once a fortnight is heartbreaking
