Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissure
sir im havng anal fissure since 4 months, my doctr suggested me to hav sitz baths, diltigesic ointment, to take plenty of oral fluids n high fibre diet with stool softeners, but the conditn did not subside inspite of all these measures. i wil hav unbearable pain after defecatn.

If symptoms not improved with optimal medication and lifestyle modifications, then you need botulinum injection or lateral sphincterotomy surgery.
