Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissure

I am 27 years old female and i am suffering from fissure problem. I have consulted a doctor and gave me 3 tablets and one jell name Diltiazem. My weight is 47k and height is 4ft 10 inches. While the time of motion i have severe pain like dying and after motion for 2-3 hrs the pain will persists. I am working in a BPO firm for the last 5 years. Am on leave for the past 10 days. I need to go back and join my job at the earliest. Please help me

Dear you have to maintain regular bowel movements, take high fiber diet, maintain stool soft while passing motion.

Along with diltiazem gel you can use mucopain gel. Take. Oral pain killers some what helpful.
Syrp. Duphalac 30ml at night time.

If symptoms not improved botox injection requires to relieve anal muscle spasm. Still symptoms persisten you need sphincterotomy surgery.

If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
