Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Shortness Of Breath After Injury

So Im in marching band and someone hit my mid back area with a tuba twice with a good amount of force. I m having some trouble breathing deeply. Short breathes and sniffles don t do anything. But a deep breath hurts. And my back hurts and has had previous injury. I don t believe its serious but I could really use some help. I m a little worried. Any remedied or suggestions?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. After going through your query I think you are suffering from soft tissue injury and muscular pain .Treatment of it is rest and analgesics (diclofenac three times a day after meals). It may take a week time to relief. Vitamin B-complex and Vitamin C will help promote healing. Second cause can be plerisy . Treatment of it is similar to treatment of muscular pain. However you can get x ray done to exclude fracture and other lung related causes .I think your query answered.Welcome to any follow up query.
