Suggest Treatment For Barrets Spots In The Junction Of Esophagus And Stomach

I have been suffering from GERD for last 8 years. Taking PPI all along. Taken clarithromycin ,ornidazole plus PPI for at least four times in this perion .Endoscopy done at least 6 times. Some times symptoms get aggraveted without any raeson. PPI dose is doubled up by the doctors still I don't get relief. Ornidazole taken for 5 to ten days give instant relief. I want to know is the underlying cause is amebiosis. Is their any permanrnt cure?. Last endoscopy report indicated some barrets spots in the junction of Easophegus and stomach
