Suggest Treatment For Bloatedness With Headaches

I am 54, 5ft 3ins, and menopausal. The only meds I am taking are low dose statins for cholesterol. I have been suffering from bloatedness for the past 5 years at least. I have done 2 colonscopes and an endoscope, and the only diagnosis they can think of is IBS. The condition comes and goes. The symptoms of tight distended stomach with little or no gas, fatigue, sometimes breathlessness, anxiety, and recently headaches lasts for weeks and sometimes months and then may disappear for a short while and come back again full swing. I cant wear any of my clothes especially my pants and jeans when I get the bloat. I weigh 64 kg currently probably because my metabolism is out of whack because of menopause as I am careful about what I eat. Right now I feel anxious and headachy and feel like I am going to explode. Help!
