Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose

Hello Doctor, My son, 4 months has blocked nose, which occurs only in early morning. He was suffering from slight fever and littel cold, for which crocin drops was given an fever and sinasrist AF drops for cold. Now fever in reduced, but has blocked nose. he doesnt have running nose. have nebulization with NS help?

For block nose saline drops can be given 2 drops 3 to 4 times a day.
Steam inhalation will also be beneficial.
