Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool After Treated Hemorroids

hi i'm 21 and since july i have been having bright red blood in my stool and on my tissue, i have had hemrroids, i suffer from constipation, yet an urgent need to go, bowel movements are really painful, i've loss alot of weight and loose my appetite from time to time.. what is wrong with me?

Hello,

You are suffering from hemorrhoids with anxiety neurosis. Hemorrhoids will not cause weight loss. Probably, decrease intake of food due to decreased appetite may cause weight loss.

Avoid constipation by increased fiber intake, regular exercise may useful. Use syrup Lactulose 30 ml at night, and if symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
