Hello,

Blood in Stool may be due to hemorrhoid, fissure, fistulas, colitis, polyps or infection etcetera.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Take high fiber diet and regular exercise. Drink plenty of water.

If the symptoms not improved, then please consult your gastroenterologist so that he will do colonoscopy and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
