I am 52 year old female and concerned my fbc came back with boderline low neutrophills-everything else was in range. I initially went regarding a burny stomach and belching. I am taking thyroxine 125 mcg after being treated with radioactive iodine for overactive thyroid 15 years ago

I would suggest that you take omeprazole which is available as an over the counter medication. This will help you with the burning sensation.
I would recommend to take it for at least 4 weeks
