Suggest Treatment For Congestion And Runny Nose In Baby

Hi, my almost 12 month old is always congested or
has a runny nose. She has trouble sleeping, has dark
Circles and lines under her eyes, is always tired, rubs her nose
And eyes most of the time. She has a mucusy cough. Been on
Antibiotics twice in past 4 months. Family doctor says its
Enlarged adenoids. ENT says she will out grow whatever it is.
Pediatrician says allergy to dust. We have tried everything, saline
rinses 4x a day, warm mist humidifiers etc. She is so tired all the
Time. Any suggestions please? Its awful to see her so tired.
