Suggest Treatment For Constipation, nausea And Food Sensitivity

For over 10 years I have had constipation, nausea, food sensitivity, and dizziness. It happens every morning from 6AM-11AM. I have diarrhea every morning for 30 mins about. Either that or I dont have a bowl movement at all. Lately the pains I have has now been happening all day long now. I avoided certain foods, stayed away from dairy, and cut out sugar. I tried fiber choice to stool softeners to help out my stomach. I been diagnosed with IBS. But now they say it is not that. Have any ideas?

-Exercise more.
-Drink coffee, especially caffeinated coffee.
-Take Senna, an herbal laxative.
-Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplements.
