Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Rapid Weight Loss
I have had diarrhea for 3 months, and I have been to the doctor many times and I gave a stool sample and they found nothing in it except for blood. I have lost 15 pounds since it started. I also need to pee quite often, it doesn't hurt, but i need to wake up every night to pee, and its not a lot of pee when i do urinate, but i pee all the time, and i do drink alot of water aswell but my drinking habits havent changed and i didnt have any problems before the diarrhea. PLEASE HELP ME, im dieing

There must be an underlying issue of different possible pathology as
- Inflammatory bowel condition
- Diabetes incipidus
- Thyroid disorders
- The systemic issue as HIV or others
Need a detailed case study with co-relation of all reports to locate the underlying cause to cure it.
