Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Vomiting
my 12 year old has had diarrhea most of the day. Has vomited 13 times in last 2 hours. Mostly clear or bright yellowish green since he has not had an appetite or anything to eat since this morning. Still also has diarrhea. Have been having him sip water, no juice or gatorade. His temp is 96.5. Should he be taken to an urgent care center tonight?

He needs urgent medical care immediately.
Otherwise he will go into dehydration.
He needs IV fluids urgently.
Take him to ER as soon as possible.
