Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Bloating And Constipation

I am a 17 year old girl who since Tuesday has been experiencing diarrhea, constipation, bloating, a change in bowel habits, and increased passing gas. Yesterday I had a sudden dull and achy pain on the left side of my lower abdomen and tenderness to the touch, and today I began to urinate frequently. I am starting to feel weak because of the lake of nutrients that my body is taking, but am taking vitamins as of yesterday as well as driking water to keep my energy. It is hard for me to distingush my symptoms because I ended my period today, and it began 3 days before my symptoms began. When on my period I usually experience bloating and constipation. My eating habits were terrible before I began to feel this way. I mainly took in a lot of protein and sugar.

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Diarrhea, changes bowel habits, pain in left lower abdomen is indicative of entero-colitis. Added frequent urination can be due to irritation of a part of the urinary tract or UTI.
This can be diagnosed by the following:
Get the tests of blood,stool and urine.
Clinical evaluation by your Doctor.
Get started with antispasmodic as you have pain.
Get a course of an antibiotic if there is any evidence of infection.
Continue taking plenty of oral fluids, multivitamins.
Since you have changed bowel habits during periods too, it would be better to go for an opinion of a Gynecologist and Gastroenterologist and get colonoscopy, ultrasonography or CT scan of the abdomen.
