Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea Caused By Metranidazole
I am sensitive to metranidazole group, and rafiximine. I get reaction if i take this medicine. Severe skin rashed and require treatment of skin specialist. I have oftnely chronic stomach probelem, Mostly diarohea, spasmodic light pain, frequntly changing stomach problem. since last three years I am getting reaction of above medicines. Previously not.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The important thing is whether you really require the antibiotic or the drugs that eradicates the infection, if it is not the infection then why to take the Metronidazole, and if you are sensitive to this drug and really suffering from the protozoa infection then better to get done the culture sensitivity test just to know the right drug and nature of infection.
I would suggest to try Tab Doxycycline, but your symptoms may not be due to infection that needed antibiotic and it may be due to dyspepsia and it is the self limiting condition.
