hello,,i am 34 i have high blood preasure and anxiety. i have had upset stomach for a few days now and am having trouble sleeping but want to sleep all the time. im sluggish and have no energry. i try to fight tru it. i also have had dierrea for a few weeks now?

Diarrhea for a few weeks may be the reason for the stomach upset and trouble sleeping which in turn can cause blood pressure problem and anxiety.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
• First of all consult your doctor to get a clinical evaluation, examination, and investigations of stool and blood; get the correct control of hypertension and anxiety.
• If stool infection is present, get started on a proper antibiotic and probiotics.
