Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi, I am very concern, i have diarrhea now for 12 days, i was in the hospital because i believed i was having another stroke, i had one in 2008 due to migranes i told my dr. he sent me 2 kinds of antibiotics but the diarrhea does not go away, my stomach is bloated i look pregnant and my stool is black. What to do please help?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from chronic Diarrhea need to be evaluated. The common causes are Irritable bowel syndrome, leaky gut syndrome or food Intolerance etcetera. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks, avoid dairy products. Take probiotics tablet twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
