HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, such diarrhea may not need any specific treatment but it is the self limiting diarrhea, just be patience and take care for dehydration only, avoid taking heavy and spicy, oily food, at the most probiotic can be tried like lactobacillus, but it will be fine later or sooner, if not then stool needs to be sent for testing hope this information helps.
