my 4 years son has disentry,feaver and ometting problem as we went to varanasi travel so long and water has change n in cetral india there is high temperature so he is pale and only drinking not eating ...

so please help me to recover my son from this problem

Hi,
It seems that your son might be having acute gastro-enteritis giving this problem.
Give him Ondem for vomiting and Ofloxacilin, ornidazole medicine for infection.
If vomiting does not stop then other medicine will not retain in the body which lead to dehydration.
In this condition, consult your doctor and get examined.
Mean while give him plenty of water, electrolyte and ORS liquid.
give him light diet like curd, rice and buttermilk.
Ok and take care.
